(“TED Rönesans Koleji” olarak anılacaktır) işbu Gizlilik Politikası ile TED Rönesans Koleji - Öğrenci mobil uygulaması aracılığı ile tüm kullanıcılarımızdan toplanan Kişisel Bilgilerin kullanımı ve ifşası hakkında bilgilendirmeyi hedeflemekteyiz. TED Rönesans Koleji mobil uygulama kullanıcılarının Kişisel Bilgilerinin gizliliğine değer vermektedir ve kullanıcıların onayı olmadan Kişisel Bilgileri TED Rönesans Koleji iş ortakları dışında üçüncü şahıs ve firmalarla paylaşmamaktadır. TED Rönesans Koleji, TED Rönesans Koleji - Öğrenci uygulamasını farklı bir kurum veya şirket ile geliştirmek istediği takdirde bilgilerinizin bu kurumlarla paylaşılmasına izin vermiş sayılırsınız. TED Rönesans Koleji’ne bu durumda herhangi bir sorumluluk atfedilemez.
TED Rönesans Koleji işbu Gizlilik Politikası’ndaki şartları önceden bildirimde bulunmak zorunda olmadan istediği zaman değiştirme hakkına sahiptir. TED Rönesans Koleji, TED Rönesans Koleji - Öğrenci mobil uygulamasını kullanan kullanıcıların diğer kişisel ve mali hesaplarındaki bilgilerin toplanması, kaydedilmesi ve depolanması gibi eylemlerde kesinlikle bulunamaz. Aksi takdirde TED Rönesans Koleji’nin bu yüzden ödemek zorunda kalacağı her türlü tazminat ve/veya adli/idari para cezaları için ilgili kullanıcı ve/veya üyeye aynen rücu edilecektir.
TED Rönesans Koleji mobil uygulamamızı kullandığınız andan itibaren sizden toplanan tüm bilgileri bu Gizlilik Politikasında anlatıldığı gibi kullanmamızı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Yukarıdaki amaç için elde edilen bilgiler, tamamen sizin özgür iradenizle tarafımıza sağlanmaktadır. Bu Kişisel Bilgileri bize verip vermemekte kullanıcılar serbesttir. Ancak, kullanıcıların hizmet alabilmeleri için en azından paylaşılması zorunlu bilgileri vermeleri gerekmektedir. TED Rönesans Koleji - Öğrenci mobil uygulamamızı kullandığınız her zaman, sunucumuz mobil uygulama tarafından otomatik olarak gönderilen bilgileri kaydeder (“Log bilgisi”). Bu log bilgisi, cihazınızın internete bağlandığı IP adresiniz, mobil cihaz numaranız, konumunuz gibi bilgileri saklar. Çoğu kullanıcının IP adresi her çevirim içi oluşunda değişir. Bu log bilgileri size daha iyi hizmet verebilmemiz adına bazı istatistik analizlerini yapabilmemiz için kullanılmaktadır. Log dosyaları; ip adresi, internet servis sağlayıcısı, tarayıcı özellikleri, işletim sistemi gibi bilgileri içermektedir. Log dosyaları kişisel güvenliği ihlal eden amaçlar için kullanılmaz.
Kullanıcıların kişisel güvenliğinin sağlanması maksadıyla fiziki ve yazılım araçları ile güvenlik önlemleri alınır. Buna rağmen TED Rönesans Koleji olarak mobil uygulama aracılığıyla internet üzerinden iletilen Kişisel Bilgilerinizin gizliliği konusunda mutlak bir garanti vermemekteyiz. Kullanıcıların kişisel bilgilerinin korunması için, Hacker -siber saldırılar için TED Rönesans Koleji tüm önlemleri alsa da herhangi bir sorumluluk altına giremez. Paylaşılan kişisel bilgilerin tüm sorumluluğu kullanıcıya aittir. İnternet üzerinden Kişisel Bilgilerinizi iletilirken Kullanıcılarımızın mümkün olan en üst düzeyde tedbir almalarını (örneğin mobil cihazlarına anti virüs yazılımlarını kurmalarını, mobil cihazın çalınması durumunda TED Rönesans Koleji’ne ulaşarak bilgilendirmeleri veya başka bir mobil cihaza uygulamanın yeniden kurulmasının ardından şifrenizin yenilenmesi gibi) tavsiye ediyoruz.
Kullanıcılarımız Kişisel Bilgilerinin silinmesi, değiştirilmesi veyahut da güncellenmesinin gerektirdiği hallerde TED Rönesans Koleji ile telefon veya e-posta yoluyla irtibata geçerek taleplerini iletebilirler.

In case TED Rönesans Koleji decides to develop the TED Rönesans Koleji - Öğrenci application with a different institution or company, it is deemed that you agree to have your information shared with those institutions. TED Rönesans Koleji cannot be attributed any responsibility in this case.
TED Rönesans Koleji reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. In case this is performed, at the beginning of this article, you shall see a notice that the conditions of use have been changed. These terms apply to all users and anyone else who benefits from the services provided.
TED Rönesans Koleji may share your Personal İnformation with the official competent authorities in case it is legally required by law and is duly requested by the administrative and official authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation. Otherwise, the relevant user and/or member shall be vouched for any compensation and/or judicial/administrative penalty that TED Rönesans Koleji shall have to pay.
You agree that we may use all information gathered from you as described in this Privacy Policy, from the time you start to use your TED Rönesans Koleji mobile application. The information obtained for the above purpose is provided entirely by your free will. The users are free to provide us this Personal Information. Whenever you use TED Rönesans Koleji - Öğrenci mobile application, our server records information sent by the mobile application ("Log information") automatically. This log information keeps information such as your IP address, mobile number, location, etc., through which your device is connected to internet. Most users' IP addresses change whenever they become online. This log information is used to perform some statistical analyzes in order to deliver you better services. The log files includes information such as IP address, internet service provider, browser features, operating system. Log files are not used for purposes that violate personal security.
To ensure the personal security of users, security measures are taken through hardware and software tools. Nevertheless, as TED Rönesans Koleji, we do not give an absolute guarantee of the confidentiality of your Personal Information that is transmitted through the mobile application via internet. Even though TED Rönesans Koleji takes all measures against the hacker/cyber-attacks and for the protection of the Personal Information of users, it shall not accept any responsibility. All responsibility for shared Personal Information belongs to the user. We recommend that our users take the highest possible measures (such as installing antivirus software on their mobile devices, notifying TED Rönesans Koleji in case their mobile devices are stolen, or renewing their password after reinstalling the application on another mobile device) while communicating their Personal Information over the Internet.
In cases where our users need to delete, change or update their Personal Information, they may contact TED Rönesans Koleji via phone or e-mail to make their requests.
